Return policy If this item is not as described, then return it within 14 days from the day you received it to be exchanged for a replacement item (if original was defective), an item of about the same value or store credit; with buyer paying return shipping charges unless seller is at fault. Or original price of item will be refunded if a suitable exchange cannot be found. Money Back returns do not include shipping cost and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must contact us before attempting to return any item or part; else, the return might not be accepted. Do Not Ship Any Item Back With Out Contacting us First. Warranty information This product is covered by a 90 day warranty against defective material or workmanship. Necessary parts and help to repair or replace any failed component will be provided without cost to buyer for the first 90 days after you receive it. Excluded from this warranty are the cosmetic damages, scratches on acrylic glass or mirror or conditions arising from abuse, misuse, normal wear. After warranty is expired LUCID-Art will provide necessary parts and help to repair or replace any failed component at fair prices. |
